• not a shop. always mine at your own risk.
• no rush shipping. rude buyers or inquirers will be blocked immediately.
• deleting your claim tweets or backouts before oc and after i reply "yours" will automatically be considered joy mining and will result to an immediate block.
• no cancellations after receiving the order confirmation (oc), or you must pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• strictly no refunds if you are the one canceling your order.
• if you ignore your dop or leave items unpaid, you will be blocked and posted as a bogus buyer/joy reserver.
• inform me immediately if you change your twitter handle. i will not be responsible for tracking you down if your account becomes missing.𓏲 claims & payments
• there will always be a photo proof of your claimed merch with your username and date after sending the oc.
• mode of payment (mop) is gcash only.
• all downpayments (dp) and full payments (payo) must be settled within 15 minutes after receiving the oc, or your slot will be given to others.
• downpayments (dp) are strictly non-refundable.
• your dp cannot be used to pay for your cancellation fee.
• i have the right to cancel your order if you fail to pay your dp on time.
• send your proof of payment directly to my dms on or before your deadline.
• late payments will get a penalty fee of ₱25 per day after your deadline (dop).
• pasalo: look for your own buyer and handle it yourself (must use the pasalo form that i will provide). the original claimer will still be held responsible if the new buyer fails to pay or backouts.𓏲 holding & packing proofs
• combined shipping is allowed but items can only be kept for 2 weeks max, counting from your first claimed item. winning/mining new items will not reset or extend this deadline. unclaimed items after 2 weeks will be disposed of or resold.
• payment is still required for new claims even if you choose combined shipping. items will only be held once paid.
• factory or manufacturing defects are out of my control and not subject to refunds. that is why "x sensitive" is stated on the claiming twt and a condition video is sent after oc—it is your responsibility to inspect the video closely, as no complaints regarding condition will be entertained once packed/shipped.
• photos/videos of your packaged items will be sent before shipping (before sealing the mailer, before putting the waybill, after the waybill is attached)𓏲 shipping, fees, & refunds
• courier (mod) is j&t express (direct shipping). strictly no buyer-booked apps or scoop; shipping fees must be paid to me.
• packaging fee is ₱20.00 (bubble mailer)
• additional toploaders: a toploader fits up to 2 pcs, +₱6.00 each if requested.
• tn is sent after it is reflected on my part (my app).
• i am not responsible for any courier delays, damages, misplaced, replaced or lost parcels once shipped out.
• refunds are only applicable if the item becomes out of stock (oos) due to my mistake, or if there are missing/wrong items. strictly no refunds for buyer-initiated cancellations or courier damages.
• strictly no unedited, raw, uncut, or paused unboxing video = no refund. the parcel must remain inside the camera frame at all times.
• unboxing video must clearly show the waybill and all 6 sides of the pouch/box completely sealed before opening. blurred, dark, or cropped videos will not be honored. any signs of tampering, re-taping, or resealing will automatically invalidate your refund claim. i also double-check my own packaging markers before shipping.by transacting with @zceipt, you automatically agree to all these terms.

• payo once oc is sent. full payment is required before production starts.
• order only when you are 100% sure. please be a responsible buyer.
• strictly 0% refund once printing/production has started.
• send designs via google drive link (set access to "anyone with the link"). organize your files in folders with your username.
• all files must be provided by you.
• packaging and shipping fees must be paid before booking/ship out.
